Abstract: 

Nowadays, most ORGANIZATIONs for increasing the capacities, long-term growth and survival and decreasing operations' risk require strategies. These programs have direct relation with the policies, objectives, missions, size, and mobility, degree of complexity and ORGANIZATION structure. This article is trying to use techniques of strategic planning, internal factors (strengths and weakness) and external (opportunities and threats) matrixes, IRAN FISHERIES ORGANIZATION long-term goals identified and to develop goals and suggest appropriate strategies. In this context, for developing strategic planning for FISHERIES industries, some questions raised and based on the analysis conducted, a model to answer questions with the aim of formulating strategic planning was developed.

Abstract: 

Background and Theoretical Foundations: Regarding to the role of law awareness in social discipline, awareness of FISHERIES rules and regulations will be crucial in advancing FISHERIES affairs. Research with study personnel awareness central headquarter central FISHERIES ORGANIZATION of IRAN of the FISHERIES rules could measure level of awareness and their teachings in adhere direction implementation of under sector laws. Methodology: With use of questionnaire, was collected personnel information about law provisions and executive regulations rule on the protection and utilization of the Islamic Republic of IRAN aquatic resources and also their corrective opinions were collected and the scoring method was used in statistical analysis. Findings: The results showed an average score of 13. 8 and a score of 72. 7% of the total score at a rate of 33/5% were aware of the rules and regulations of FISHERIES. Despite 53. 8% of the generalities awareness of the rules, awareness of the more specialized rules of fishing and aquaculture was less than expectation. They were about 95% and %77 of the votes that the rules and regulations of the FISHERIES believed did not need to be reviewed and revised and they did believe to there was a conflict among the tasks of FISHERIES and other ORGANIZATIONs, respectively. Managerial problems, planning, policy making and structural were identified as one of the most important problems in the FISHERIES sector. Conclusion: So despite a little awareness about of the rules, in addition to the need for review and elimination of contradictions and legal interactions the training of the rules should be more serious until sovereignty and rules enforcing can create more sustainable activities in the field of FISHERIES.

Abstract: 

Illegal FISHERIES are one of the reasons for disruption of combination of the seas FISHERIES, their significant reduction and loss of food security. Therefore, mechanisms have been devised to prevent the depletion and destruction of the seas FISHERIES. On the one hand, an Exclusive Economic Zone has been created, and the Coastal State has been given the authority to manage and protect its living resources. On the other hand, the Flag State has been given exercise of jurisdiction in FISHERIES matters over ship flying its flag in the in the Exclusive Economic Zone and the High Seas. But the combination of the two, for some reason and another, faces mutual limitations that have led to their inefficiency. Meanwhile, the Regional FISHERIES Management ORGANIZATION’ s theory of monitoring does not address the responsibility of the Coastal State and the Flag State with specific mechanisms in this regard. Therefore, examining the competence and obligations of the Coastal State and the Flag State in the field of illegal FISHERIES and the Regional FISHERIES Management ORGANIZATION’ s monitoring components are one of the goals and topics of this manuscript to answer related questions. First, what are the reasons for the inefficiency of the competencies and obligations of the Coastal State and the Flag State in connection with illegal FISHERIES? Secondly, what is the role and components of the supervision of the Regional FISHERIES Management ORGANIZATION in this area and the reason for its inefficiency? The research findings show that the exercise of the sovereign rights of the Coastal State in the Exclusive Economic Zone interferes with the right to freedom of navigation and freedom of fishing of foreign ships and the authority of the Flag State in matters over ship flying its flag. The Coastal State invokes domestic law and executive discretion, but is still subject to the restrictions set out in the UNCLOS, which applies to foreign ships and its Flag State. The Regional FISHERIES Management ORGANIZATION’ s monitoring over the performance of the Coastal State and the Flag State in connection with illegal FISHERIES is insufficient, despite the fact that it faces executive restrictions. However, the prospect of a tripartite cooperation between the Coastal State, the Flag State and the Regional FISHERIES Management ORGANIZATION of the promising to overcome this situation.

Abstract: 

This empirical research was aimed to provide a model of ORGANIZATIONal transformation in FISHERIES, which was carried out with an exploratory mixed methods-based approach. In the qualitative phase of the study, a conceptual model of research was designed by analyzing the content of interviews with 22 experts. This content analysis was performed using MAXQDA12 software. In the quantitative phase, confirmatory factor analysis using PLS3.2.8 software was employed to validate the conceptual model. The Statistical population of this research was the experts and managers of IRANian FISHERIES ORGANIZATION which 125 of them were sampled using stratified sampling method with proportional allocation. The survey instrument was a questionnaire that was designed based on result of the qualitative phase of the research. The research questions were measured using a five-point Likert scale. Discriminant validity and reliability of the research tool were evaluated through Composite reliability (CR= 0/949) and Cronbach's alpha (α= 0/944) indices. The findings of the quantitative phase showed that the various components of the model are valid from the perspective of Experts and have the ability to implement in the FISHERIES ORGANIZATION. Furthermore, based on results, nine factors including capacity development and change management, change incentives, accountability, appropriate ORGANIZATIONal structure, monitoring and evaluation, macro policies, participatory policies, and financial and administrative transparency were identified as the components of the ORGANIZATIONal transformation of FISHERIES. At the end, future researchers are suggested to focus on identifying conditions and mechanisms of implementing solutions and obstacles to ORGANIZATIONal transformation in order to establish an information system in FISHERIES ORGANIZATION.

Abstract: 

The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the subjective patterns of managers and experts of IRANian FISHERIES ORGANIZATION regarding ORGANIZATIONal transformation. The research was carried out with the participation of a number of managers and experts of the FISHERIES ORGANIZATION who were selected by a purposeful sampling approach. The main research method for collecting the required data was in-depth interview. After reviewing and summarizing 75 statements extracted from the interviews, 41 statements were finally selected as Q samples. After sorting Q statements, exploratory factor analysis and varimax rotation approach were employed to identify subjective patterns. The results revealed that five different subjective patterns can be identified among the managers and experts of the IRANian FISHERIES ORGANIZATION regarding the ORGANIZATIONal transformation, which explained 72.87% of the total variance in the factor analysis model. The results of factor analysis indicated that the subjective patterns identified included participatory policies, capacity development and change management, appropriate ORGANIZATIONal structures, incentives for change, and clarification of financial and administrative affairs. In the end, it was recommended that it was very important to develop more units and mechanisms within the ORGANIZATION for communication and interaction with other actors. Rereading and amending the regulations related to the support of the information system in the ORGANIZATION is an undeniable necessity that can develop and institutionalize the teamwork culture in the FISHERIES ORGANIZATION. In addition, the results of the present study can facilitate the ORGANIZATIONal transformation and ultimately increase the success and responsiveness of the FISHERIES ORGANIZATION.

Abstract: 

The present study aims to investigate the effect of cultural in-service training on ORGANIZATIONal innovation at IRANian FISHERIES ORGANIZATION. The sample size was 170 individuals selected by Cochran method and the sampling method was simple random sampling. A questionnaire measuring instrument was used to collect the required data. Validity and reliability of the instrument were verified through Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability, average variance extracted, Fornell-Larcker criterion, and using experts' opinions. To test the research hypotheses, partial least squares method has been used through structural equation modeling. The results of data analysis indicated that cultural education was effective in ORGANIZATIONal innovation at IRANian FISHERIES ORGANIZATION. Cultural training of skill development (0. 95) could explain the variance of cultural in-service training more than other questions. The component of cultural training of creativity (0. 53) was able to distribute the variance of cultural in-service training less than other questions. In other words, this item is less effective than other items regarding the mentioned factor. The positive effect of cultural in-service training on manufacturing, process, and administrative innovation is 0. 65, 0. 72 and 0. 53 respectively. Cultural in-service training had the greatest impact on process innovation.

Abstract: 

In this study in order to compiling the management strategies of the IRANian FISHERIES ORGANIZATION, a series of interviews were conducted with a team of experts. Then, for determining the criteria and sub-criteria of the strategy evaluation, nine sub-criteria were selected in the form of three economic, environmental and management criteria. To evaluate these strategies, a questionnaire was developed to determine the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria and to determine the rating of each of the strategies. The results showed that the most effective criterion in the evaluation of strategies is the management criteria with a relative weight of 0. 410. Economic and environmental criteria with weights of 0. 300 and 0. 290 are in the next category. The results also showed that the international marketing strategy for reaching the regional and global markets and Investments for using untapped and undeveloped aquatic resources respectively with the score of 0. 761 and 0. 324 have the highest and lowest rank among the strategies.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was an investigation of the effective factors affecting job satisfaction among FISHERIES extension agents. The study was a survey research, the target population being all the FISHERIES extension agents in IRAN. The sample consisted of 142 FISHERIES Extension agents. The data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS10/WIN software. The results indicated that there was a positive significant relationship between job satisfaction of FISHERIES extension agents and their overtime working hours, incentives, reverence job attraction, creativity, authority in work, responsibility being clearly defined, role unambiguity, responsibility being proportionate with authority, competence of supervision, respect to subordinates, work feedback, normal monitoring, appreciation work performed, support of individual interests, appropriate relationship, respect to each other, sound competition among agents as well a quality of health facilities. The relation ship between job satisfaction and monotonous work was negative and significant. "F" test revealed that FISHERIES extension agents with different levels of job satisfaction varied significantly with respect to such variables as status of employment. Stepwise regression analysis indicated that 40% of variation in job satisfaction of the FISHERIES extension experts was determined by the four variables of: attractiveness of work, appreciation for work, respect for each other and quality of health facilities.

Abstract: 

In this study, the effect of salinomycin and lasalocid on coccidian oocyte shedding was investigated in 6 groups of broilers. The groups 1 and 2 received lasalocid, and the groups 3 and 4 received salinomycin. In addition to the reception of medication, the groups 2 and 4 challenged with suspension containing 4 common Eimeria species when 14 days old. Group 4 as negative control, did not receive any medication and did not challenge with Eimeria, as well. The group 6, as positive control, only challenged with Eimeria mixture. The number of fecal oocytes was counted 7, 14 and 21days after inoculation in all groups. Moreover, the feed consumption, feed conversion rate and body weight increase was cumulatively assayed and compared during the breeding period. The comparison of oocyte shedding amount among the groups receiving oocyte and medication indicated that minimum oocyte shedding was observed in broilers receiving salinomycin and lasalocid and the continuous consumption of these medications led to the reduction of oocyte shedding. Furthermore, maximum body weight increase, minimum feed consumption and minimum feed conversion rate were associated with the salinomycin and lasalocid receiving groups. Also, there was no statistically significant difference between salinomycin and lasalocid medications. Thus, it might be suggested that salinomycin or lasalocid may reduce the oocyte shedding and improve growth indices in broilers infected by the Eimeria species which are widespread in IRAN.
